We purchased this wonderful building in September 2015 and immediately began a drastic renovation process. We installed dividing walls in every garage to create private garages for our residents. The addition of new remote-access garage doors and painting of the garages also took place. Finally, we repaved the entire property and repaired drainage systems. We are now entering a renovation phase whereby apartment homes are being freshened up when they become available.
